The Blair/Clearfield Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (BCAB) is a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the quality of life for visually-impaired individuals throughout our community. Eligible clients must meet the following visual requirements.

Visual Requirements

Eligible applicants must have either 20/70 vision in the best eye with correction, a field of vision loss of at least 20 degrees or a degenerative eye disease.
