BCAB offers a wide-range of services and programs designed to enhance the quality of life for visually-impaired individuals throughout our community. This includes advocacy, free educational programs, as well as many other specialized and supportive services. 

All programs and services provided by the Blair/Clearfield Association for the Blind (BCAB) are available to eligible individuals without regard to race, color, age, sex, handicap or disability. Our agency is a member of the PA Association for the Blind, as well as Unique Source.
